The Atlanta Percussion Trio has been performing for audiences for the past 27 years. The group is comprised of three of Atlanta’s finest professional musicians with a total of more than eight decades of music-making between them. Scott Douglas, Karen Hunt and John Lawless provide upbeat, high-energy programs to entertain and educate audiences about the world of percussion sounds. Gary Cross is Distinguished Professor of Modern History at Pennsylvania State University. He is a 20th century US cultural historian and author of several books that include "Men to Boys: The Making of Modern Immaturity" and "The Playful Crowd: Pleasure Places in the 20th Century."
